Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Public Administration
- 3+ years of pension plan or benefits administration experience
- Strong knowledge of state pension regulations and ERISA compliance
- Proficiency with financial software (e.g., SAP, PeopleSoft)
- Ability to work independently during night shift (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean background check
