Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive patrols and surveillance throughout assigned city zones during overnight hours
- Respond promptly to emergency calls and incidents requiring immediate intervention
- Enforce municipal ordinances and state laws with impartiality and cultural sensitivity
- Document all activities, incidents, and observations using digital reporting systems
- Coordinate seamlessly with police, fire, and medical emergency services
- Conduct site security assessments and implement preventative measures
- Provide visible deterrence against criminal activity during high-risk nighttime periods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in criminal justice preferred
- Nevada Peace Officer Standards Training (POST) certification required
- Valid Nevada driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years experience in law enforcement, security, or related field
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Proficient in digital reporting systems and communication technology
- Pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts including weekends and holidays
