Responsibilities
- Monitor city facilities and respond to emergency incidents during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Conduct security patrols and surveillance of government buildings, parks, and infrastructure
- Collaborate with law enforcement during critical incidents and provide detailed incident reports
- Operate advanced communication systems for dispatch and emergency coordination
- Implement emergency response protocols for natural disasters or security threats
- Maintain detailed logs and documentation of all activities and observations
- Train and coordinate with day-shift personnel for seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree in criminal justice preferred
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years experience in security, law enforcement, or military service
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure overnight environments
- Proficiency with surveillance systems and emergency communication tools
- Must pass background check, drug screening, and physical fitness assessment
- CPR and First Aid certification required (training provided if needed)
- Fluency in English; Spanish bilingual candidates strongly encouraged
