Responsibilities
- Process emergency/non-emergency calls with calm, accurate information gathering
- Operate multi-channel radio systems for police/fire/EMS coordination
- Input and update real-time data in CAD/RMS systems
- Maintain detailed incident logs and documentation
- Provide critical pre-arrival instructions to callers
- Collaborate with multi-agency responders during active incidents
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 18 years of age
- US citizenship or legal resident status
- Clear criminal background check and drug screen
- Ability to type 40+ WPM (tested during application)
- Strong multitasking and situational awareness skills
- Basic computer proficiency with Windows OS
