Responsibilities
- Digitize and archive incoming physical documents into the secure government database.
- Verify and process incoming mail and data entries for accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in the retrieval of historical records during evening hours.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with morning shift supervisors regarding daily priorities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in data entry or records management preferred.
- Must be willing and able to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
- Ability to pass a background check and security clearance.
