Responsibilities
- Patrol designated city facilities during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security alerts
- Enforce access control protocols for restricted areas
- Document security incidents and prepare detailed reports
- Collaborate with law enforcement during emergency situations
- Conduct routine safety inspections of premises
- Maintain accurate logs of all activities and incidents
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Valid Maryland Security Guard license (preferred)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during night shifts
- Strong observational and conflict resolution skills
- Basic knowledge of CCTV systems and access control
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Pass background check and drug screening
- First Aid/CPR certification (will be provided if needed)
