Responsibilities
- Monitor premises via CCTV systems and patrols to prevent security breaches
- Respond to emergencies and incidents following established protocols
- Conduct access control for personnel and vehicles at designated entry points
- Prepare detailed incident reports and security logs
- Collaborate with law enforcement during critical situations
- Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance
- Enforce county safety regulations and trespass policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Texas Class C Driver's License
- Minimum 1 year security or law enforcement experience
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening
- Certification in CPR/First Aid preferred
- Proficiency with surveillance systems and communication devices
- Fluency in English/Spanish highly desirable
