Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the interior and exterior of the assigned facility to ensure safety and security.
- Monitor access control points, verifying credentials and issuing visitor passes as required.
- Respond immediately to alarms, disturbances, and emergency situations following established protocols.
- Prepare and submit accurate incident reports and daily activity logs.
- Enforce company policies and federal regulations regarding conduct and safety.
- Inspect doors, windows, and perimeter fencing for potential security breaches or maintenance issues.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with employees, visitors, and law enforcement.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check, drug screen, and physical fitness assessment.
- Previous experience in security, military, or law enforcement is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, holidays, and weekends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are mandatory.
