Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patrols of government buildings, facilities, and grounds during night hours to ensure comprehensive security coverage.
- Monitor and operate advanced security surveillance systems, including CCTV, access control panels, and alarm systems.
- Control access points by verifying credentials of all personnel, contractors, and visitors entering government facilities.
- Respond swiftly and professionally to security incidents, alarms, and emergency situations.
- Prepare and submit accurate incident reports and daily activity logs in a timely manner.
- Enforce all municipal safety regulations and agency protocols to maintain order.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid California Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts and weekends.
