Responsibilities
- Patrol and monitor assigned government facilities during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Operate security systems including CCTV, access control, and alarm monitoring
- Respond to emergencies, incidents, and security breaches per protocol
- Conduct thorough documentation of incident reports and security logs
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency response teams
- Enforce safety regulations and access control procedures
- Maintain constant vigilance against potential threats
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Wisconsin Security Guard License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Strong observational and decision-making skills
- Proficient in report writing and security technology
- Pass background check and drug screening
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
