Responsibilities
- Monitor security systems and patrol designated municipal facilities during overnight hours
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies with swift, professional action
- Maintain detailed incident reports and security logs
- Operate CCTV surveillance systems and access control equipment
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify safety hazards
- Collaborate with law enforcement during critical incidents
- Enforce safety protocols for after-hours facility access
Qualifications
- Valid California Guard Card and firearms permit
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Proficient in security technology systems
- Ability to pass extensive background check
- Fluency in English and Spanish highly desirable
