Responsibilities
- Monitor transit stations, parking facilities, and rail corridors during overnight hours
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies with swift, professional action
- Conduct routine patrols and surveillance operations using advanced security systems
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during critical incidents
- Maintain detailed incident reports and security documentation
- Enforce transit policies and safety protocols across assigned zones
- Provide emergency assistance to commuters during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Class C Driver's License and clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Proficiency with surveillance systems and communication devices
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass federal background check
