Responsibilities
- Monitor city facilities, parks, and critical infrastructure during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Conduct regular security patrols using marked vehicles and surveillance systems
- Respond to emergency calls and security incidents with rapid deployment protocols
- Maintain detailed incident logs and daily activity reports for city administration
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies during cross-jurisdictional operations
- Operate advanced security systems including CCTV, access control, and alarm monitoring
- Conduct perimeter checks and vulnerability assessments of assigned zones
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona Security Guard License (Class III) or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum 2 years professional security or law enforcement experience
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain post-hire
- Proficient in radio communication protocols and report writing
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently in low-visibility conditions
- Flexibility to work rotating schedules including weekends and holidays
