Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned municipal facilities during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security alerts
- Enforce access control protocols for restricted areas
- Document incidents and prepare detailed security reports
- Collaborate with NYPD emergency responders during critical incidents
- Conduct routine equipment checks and maintain security infrastructure
Qualifications
- Valid NYS Security Guard License (SPO) required
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
- Proficient in CCTV systems and alarm monitoring
- US citizenship or permanent residency with security clearance eligibility
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
