Responsibilities
- Monitor surveillance systems and patrol designated areas to prevent security breaches
- Respond to alarms and incidents with rapid, protocol-driven actions
- Conduct access control checks and verify credentials for personnel/visitors
- Maintain detailed incident reports and security logs for compliance
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during emergency situations
- Operate specialized security equipment including biometric scanners and CCTV systems
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Class D Security License (or obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and security software platforms
- Pass federal background investigation and drug screening
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
