Responsibilities
- Monitor surveillance systems and patrol designated government facilities during overnight hours
- Respond to security incidents and coordinate with law enforcement as needed
- Maintain detailed incident reports and access logs in compliance with federal regulations
- Conduct perimeter checks and access control for sensitive areas
- Train junior staff on emergency response procedures
- Operate advanced security technology including biometric scanners and alarm systems
- Participate in monthly drills for crisis scenarios
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona Security Guard License (Class III)
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Ability to pass extensive background check and drug screening
- Proficient in CCTV operation and report writing
- First Aid/CPR certification within 90 days of hire
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours during shift
- Clear understanding of government facility protocols
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
