Responsibilities
- Monitor security systems, alerts, and logs in real-time to detect and respond to cyber threats.
- Investigate security incidents, analyze root causes, and implement remediation strategies.
- Generate and maintain detailed reports regarding security events, incidents, and system performance.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues and vulnerabilities.
- Enforce security policies and compliance standards across all network endpoints.
- Perform regular audits of system configurations to ensure optimal security posture.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent work experience is accepted.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in SOC analysis, network security, or system administration.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
