Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Basic computer proficiency for report writing
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to remain alert and responsive during overnight shifts
- Preferred: 1+ years in security, corrections, or related field
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods
