Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain public safety protocols during night shift operations
- Respond to emergency calls and coordinate with law enforcement agencies
- Document incident reports and maintain accurate digital records
- Conduct routine security patrols in designated city areas
- Operate communication systems and dispatch resources as needed
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless operations
- Participate in quarterly training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred
- Valid Michigan driver's license with clean record
- Minimum 2 years security or public service experience
- Ability to work independently during night hours (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and incident reporting software
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of hire
