Responsibilities
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security incidents during overnight hours
- Patrol designated areas to ensure compliance with state regulations
- Document incidents and maintain accurate activity logs
- Coordinate with emergency services during critical situations
- Conduct routine equipment checks and maintenance
- Provide detailed shift reports to day-shift supervisors
- Assist in training new personnel on night shift protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic first aid/CPR certification required
