Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including cleaning, digging, and hauling materials.
- Maintain roads, streets, and public grounds through mowing, litter removal, and snow and ice control.
- Operate and maintain basic heavy and light equipment such as jackhammers, rollers, and dump trucks.
- Assist in traffic control and flagging operations to ensure safety on construction sites.
- Load and unload construction materials and supplies from trucks and equipment.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations while on the job site.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; a valid driver's license is required.
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting 50+ lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
- Basic knowledge of construction or landscaping equipment is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
