Responsibilities
- Maintain park cleanliness, landscaping, and facilities
- Operate equipment like mowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems
- Assist with event setup and supervision (concerts, festivals, sports)
- Perform safety inspections and report maintenance needs
- Interact positively with park visitors and enforce park rules
- Support youth and adult recreational programs
- Collaborate with team on seasonal projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather
- Basic knowledge of grounds maintenance preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- First Aid/CPR certification (training provided)
- Availability for weekend and evening shifts
- Background clearance required
