Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds including litter removal, landscaping, and equipment upkeep
- Assist with recreational program setup and supervision (sports, events, youth activities)
- Conduct safety inspections of facilities and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service to park visitors
- Support special events setup and breakdown
- Operate maintenance tools and machinery safely
- Document maintenance activities and report facility issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+ years old)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of park maintenance procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
