Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance of parks, playgrounds, athletic fields, and green spaces
- Operate equipment including mowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for community activities
- Monitor facility safety and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide excellent customer service to park visitors
- Support seasonal programs and special events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Texas Driver's License with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Experience in groundskeeping or facility maintenance preferred
- First Aid/CPR certification within 90 days of hire
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
