Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds, athletic fields, and recreational facilities through daily upkeep and seasonal projects
- Operate and maintain park equipment (mowers, irrigation systems, etc.)Assist with event setup, supervision, and breakdown for community programsEnforce safety protocols and conduct facility inspectionsProvide excellent customer service to park visitors and program participantsCollaborate with cross-departmental teams on special initiativesDocument maintenance activities and submit timely reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalentValid Texas Driver's License with clean recordAbility to work outdoors in extreme weather conditionsBasic knowledge of grounds maintenance practicesExperience in customer service or public interaction preferredAbility to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasksFirst Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)Must pass background check and drug screening
