Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds, facilities, and recreational equipment
- Organize and supervise youth/adult sports leagues and special events
- Provide exceptional customer service to park visitors
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct routine inspections
- Assist with seasonal park beautification projects
- Collaborate with maintenance teams for facility upkeep
- Lead educational programs about nature conservation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Missouri driver's license
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in customer service or event coordination preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of park maintenance practices
