Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain park facilities, playgrounds, and athletic fields
- Lead community recreation programs and special events
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure regulatory compliance
- Perform light landscaping and groundskeeping duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on park development projects
- Manage digital scheduling and remote administrative tasks

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years in parks/recreation or related field preferred
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong organizational skills with remote work experience
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
