Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds, athletic fields, and recreational facilities
- Operate equipment including mowers, tractors, and irrigation systems
- Organize and supervise youth/adult recreational programs
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct facility inspections
- Assist with special events and community outreach initiatives
- Collaborate with maintenance teams on seasonal projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Texas Class C Driver's License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with groundskeeping or recreation programs preferred
- Ability to work weekends/holidays and in outdoor conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
