Responsibilities
- Perform daily park maintenance including landscaping, trash removal, and facility inspections
- Operate groundskeeping equipment (mowers, trimmers, etc.) safely and efficiently
- Assist in organizing community events, sports leagues, and educational programs
- Enforce park safety rules and provide visitor assistance
- Collaborate with team on seasonal projects and beautification initiatives
- Report maintenance needs and safety concerns promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or customer service preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of park safety protocols and equipment operation
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
