Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds including landscaping, equipment, and facilities
- Organize and lead recreational programs for youth/adults (sports, arts, fitness)
- Ensure safety compliance during events and daily operations
- Interact positively with park visitors and address inquiries
- Collaborate with team on seasonal projects and event setups
- Conduct routine inspections and report maintenance needs
- Support community outreach initiatives and volunteer coordination
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Indiana driver's license with clean record
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in customer service or public-facing roles
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of grounds maintenance or recreation programs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
