Responsibilities
- Maintain and clean park facilities, restrooms, and athletic fields to ensure a welcoming environment for visitors.
- Set up and dismantle equipment for recreational events, sports leagues, and community gatherings.
- Assist with landscaping maintenance, including planting, watering, and general upkeep of green spaces.
- Interact positively with the public, enforcing park rules and regulations while providing excellent customer service.
- Ensure the safety of all visitors by identifying hazards, reporting maintenance needs, and keeping walkways clear.
- Operate light maintenance equipment and vehicles as trained and assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform moderate to heavy physical labor, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods in all weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred but not required.
- Strong commitment to teamwork, punctuality, and safety standards.
- Basic knowledge of recreational activities or a strong willingness to learn is a plus.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
