Responsibilities
- Perform routine landscaping duties, including mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding.
- Operate and maintain provided heavy equipment, such as riding mowers, tractors, and leaf blowers.
- Inspect and repair park facilities, playgrounds, and irrigation systems to ensure safety and functionality.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of community events, sports leagues, and recreational programs.
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure parks are clean and litter-free.
- Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety protocols and regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Valid Class C Texas Driver’s License required.
- Ability to operate standard and heavy landscaping equipment (training provided).
- Physical ability to perform strenuous tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of landscaping techniques and maintenance practices.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
