Responsibilities
- Assist in the maintenance, repair, and cleaning of public parks, trails, and recreational facilities.
- Perform general landscaping, mowing, weeding, and snow removal duties.
- Monitor park areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with rules.
- Set up and take down equipment for community events, sports leagues, and recreational programs.
- Interact with visitors and residents in a professional and helpful manner.
- Operate basic landscaping machinery and hand tools safely.
- Report maintenance issues and hazards to supervisors immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions, including heat and cold.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Valid Driver's License is preferred but not strictly required.
- High School Diploma or GED is a plus, but not mandatory for entry-level applicants.
