Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds, facilities, and sports equipment per safety standards
- Assist in organizing and supervising recreational programs and community events
- Provide excellent customer service to park visitors and program participants
- Conduct routine inspections and report maintenance issues
- Support seasonal setup/teardown of park amenities and events
- Collaborate with team members on park improvement projects
- Enforce park rules and regulations respectfully
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment preferred
- First Aid/CPR certification (will be provided during training)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
