Responsibilities
- Maintain park facilities, landscapes, and recreational equipment
- Organize and lead community events, workshops, and programs
- Assist visitors with park information and safety guidance
- Conduct facility inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on park improvement projects
- Manage digital scheduling and remote communication with stakeholders
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years experience in parks, recreation, or customer service
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficient in digital communication tools (Slack, Zoom, etc.)
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
