Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds, facilities, and equipment to safety standards
- Organize and lead recreational activities for diverse age groups
- Assist in event setup and execution for community gatherings
- Conduct routine inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide excellent customer service to park visitors
- Collaborate with team members on facility improvements
- Support environmental conservation initiatives within parks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Texas Driver's License with clean record
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in park maintenance or recreation programs preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of landscaping and equipment operation
