Responsibilities
- Maintain park facilities, landscapes, and recreational equipment
- Organize and supervise community events and youth programs
- Ensure safety compliance in all park areas and activities
- Perform routine inspections and report maintenance needs
- Assist with park development projects and seasonal installations
- Provide excellent customer service to park visitors
- Collaborate with team members on operational improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Florida Driver's License
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or event coordination preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Pass background check and drug screening
