Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds, facilities, and equipment (landscaping, irrigation, playground safety checks)
- Organize and supervise recreational activities (sports leagues, community events, youth programs)
- Interact with visitors, provide information, and resolve inquiries professionally
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and city regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on park improvement projects
- Contribute to seasonal event setup and breakdown operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid California Driver's License (Class C)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of park maintenance practices preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
