Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain park facilities, playgrounds, athletic courts, and green spaces
- Organize and lead recreational programs for all age groups
- Perform routine landscaping, irrigation, and equipment upkeep
- Enforce safety protocols and assist visitors with inquiries
- Coordinate community events and volunteer initiatives
- Document maintenance activities and incident reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid California Driver's License
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of groundskeeping tools and equipment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
