Responsibilities
- Maintain park facilities including playgrounds, sports courts, and walking paths
- Assist with seasonal event setup and coordination (concerts, festivals)
- Perform landscape maintenance and basic horticulture duties
- Enforce park safety rules and provide visitor assistance
- Operate maintenance equipment (mowers, trimmers, etc.)
- Collaborate with team on park improvement projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Ohio Driver's License
- Basic knowledge of grounds maintenance practices
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience with event setup preferred
- First Aid/CPR certification (training provided)
