Responsibilities
- Perform daily park maintenance including landscaping, irrigation checks, and facility upkeep
- Operate provided equipment safely (mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers, etc.)
- Monitor park conditions and report safety hazards or maintenance needs
- Assist with special events, sports leagues, and recreational programs
- Interact professionally with park visitors and provide information/services
- Contribute to seasonal projects like playground installations or garden beautification
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and operational readiness
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Nevada driver's license with clean record
- Ability to operate power tools and equipment (training provided)
- Basic knowledge of landscaping principles and plant care
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs and prolonged standing
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
