Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds, athletic fields, and recreational facilities
- Operate and maintain provided equipment (mowers, trimmers, irrigation systems)
- Assist with event setup and teardown for community programs
- Perform safety inspections and report maintenance needs
- Support seasonal landscaping and habitat restoration projects
- Interact positively with park visitors and program participants
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Arizona Driver's License
- Ability to operate power equipment (training provided)
- Physical stamina for outdoor work in Arizona climate
- Basic knowledge of grounds maintenance practices
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
