Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain park equipment including mowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems
- Facilitate recreational programs for all age groups (sports, arts, nature activities)
- Perform daily park inspections and maintenance tasks
- Assist with event setup and teardown for community gatherings
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and equipment handling procedures
- Collaborate with team members on seasonal projects and facility improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience with landscaping or recreational equipment operation preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
