Responsibilities
- Maintain park facilities including playgrounds, athletic courts, and walking trails
- Organize and supervise recreational programs for all age groups
- Provide excellent customer service to park visitors and program participants
- Enforce safety protocols during events and daily operations
- Assist with facility setup, breakdown, and seasonal decorations
- Collaborate with maintenance teams for equipment repairs
- Participate in community outreach initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Experience in customer service or event coordination preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of facility maintenance practices
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends for special events
