Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds, facilities, and equipment (landscaping, repairs, sanitation)
- Organize and lead recreational programs, sports leagues, and community events
- Enforce safety protocols and provide first aid assistance when needed
- Interact positively with park visitors and address inquiries/concerns
- Assist in seasonal setup/takedown of special events and installations
- Complete facility inspections and maintenance reports
- Collaborate with team members to ensure operational excellence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Texas Driver's License (may be required)
- Basic knowledge of park maintenance procedures
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with event coordination preferred
