Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain recreational facilities (pools, sports courts, playgrounds)
- Lead community events and youth programs
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Perform routine park inspections and maintenance tasks
- Assist with special event setup and tear-down
- Provide excellent customer service to park visitors
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification (provided)
- Physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
