Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds including mowing, trimming, litter removal, and seasonal planting
- Operate light machinery (mowers, trimmers) safely and efficiently
- Support special events setup, breakdown, and crowd management
- Inspect park facilities for safety hazards and maintenance needs
- Assist with playground equipment inspections and repairs
- Provide excellent customer service to park visitors
- Collaborate with team members on daily park operations
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical tasks in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with clean record (required for equipment operation)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of grounds maintenance preferred (training provided)
- Ability to follow safety protocols and operate tools responsibly
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Passion for environmental conservation and community service
