Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds including landscaping, irrigation systems, and playground equipment
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for community festivals and sports activities
- Perform routine facility inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide excellent customer service to park visitors and program participants
- Operate light machinery and hand tools safely and effectively
- Support youth and adult recreation programs as assigned
- Ensure compliance with city safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid California driver's license (Class C)
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of grounds maintenance practices
