Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain park facilities, playgrounds, sports courts, and walking trails
- Assist in organizing seasonal events, youth programs, and community activities
- Perform routine landscaping, litter removal, and equipment inspections
- Provide customer service to park visitors and enforce safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members on facility improvements and seasonal preparations
- Document maintenance activities and incident reports accurately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Louisiana driver's license with clean record
- Basic knowledge of groundskeeping tools and safety protocols
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in customer service or event coordination preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
