Responsibilities
- Maintain park landscapes including mowing, pruning, and litter removal
- Operate maintenance equipment (mowers, trimmers, etc.) safely
- Support recreational programs (sports leagues, events, classes)
- Assist with facility setup/teardown for community events
- Perform routine inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide excellent customer service to park visitors
- Follow safety protocols for equipment and site operations
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid driver's license
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Basic physical fitness for lifting (up to 50 lbs) and prolonged standing
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to obtain required certifications (training provided)
- Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
- Previous landscaping or recreation experience preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
